Although few as they were, licensed nurses from the Philippines sometimes trend to find jobs abroad throught the POEA. It came to my attention that this data although know to be of no absolute claim might have some grounds as of today. First reason is that there are too many nursing graduates and NLE passers from board exam results who are jobless even after years of graduating from the profession.
I’ve learned through a POEA Jobs Abroad Facebook Page that domestic helper jobs in Hongkong are being looked in to as well as caregiver jobs by graduate Filipino nurses in the Philippines as well as those who are already working abroad. Although there is really no concrete data to this claim. I believe this interest will grow even more prounounce as the days pass by.
